"S3"

With a sober and elegant design, the S3 building is projected on a key growth artery of our city. It has a first floor and 8 upper levels. On the first floor there is a double-height main hall to give the building a hierarchy. The first 6 covered parking spaces are located on the same level. On the 1st floor there is 1 (one) apartment at the front and 5 covered parking spaces. From the 2nd to the 8th floor there are 3 (three) apartments per floor, of approximately 40m2 each. The typology achieved, allows us to generate an excellent distribution of the rooms, also providing proper ventilation. The quality and finishing is what characterizes each of our buildings.
